Denise integrates ancient whole food systems, to create a more balanced pallet of nutrient dense - whole foods experience: plant & animal based. Culinary coaching is a hands on program geared towards learning plant based specialty & gourmet cooking skills. This program is often used in conjunction with nutrition coaching. It aims to help clients gain nutrient dense preparation of whole-foods and kitchen confidence, with the goal to execute healthy cooking; that supports the learning they are doing in my customized nutrition coaching program. The culinary coaching program can also be experienced on its own. Culinary coaching is billed at an hourly rate.
