Denise integrates multiple whole food systems, to create a more balanced pallet of nutrient dense - whole foods experience. Denise has an innate passion to learn more and integrate modern and ancient whole-foods systems as she discovered -- one system is not fitting for all body types. She studied herbal remedies and super-nutrient dense foods to supplement and nourish all the body systems. Each person has a unique template body system, to function optimally.
